Terrible customer service. Its impossible to speak to a customer service agent if you have issues with or haven't received your order.

I needed to update my email but their website would not let me do that. They only list an email address for customer service, and it took 8 days to get a response. There are delivery delays releasing tickets. Most of them are not released until 48 hours before the event.

I finally got in touch with a customer service agent after 8 days. They told me to wait 24 hours until after the delayed delivery date to contact them if I haven't received the ticket. But it took 8 days for them to respond before, so at that point, I will have missed the concert. I have gone back and forth with their representative through email communicating this concern, and they are not listening.

I keep getting the same copy and paste response to email them 24 hours after the delivery delay if I haven't received the ticket yet, and with their extremely delayed response time, I will miss the concert. I'm just supposed to "rest assured" it will come.

They did not get back to me in a timely manner.

I made a huge mistake this week, I wanted the Edmonton venue since we are in Calgary AB and accidentally purchased the Toronto one which concluded last night. I emailed ticketweb help email but did not get a response in a timely manner.

I feel very sad for this. I was really hoping this could have been resolved if they had a phone number I could call since emails took longer than expected.

A big pain in my backside, Wrong phone numbers listed, spam chats, Sent to a site to cancel tickets and reorder no where on site to cancel. Others I talked to received their tickets via email .

never received ours. Very disappointed.
