Where is my ticket?
Ordered my ticket back in February, and I never got them. The only thing I have that shows that I ordered them is an order number. They never gave me an email confirmation, and I cannot get a hold of them on the day of the show.

I haven’t received my tickets
Haven't received my tickets I purchased on Oct. 19. Now it's 48 hours before the event and still haven't received them, tried to email them and still haven't gotten answers back, I'm VERY upset as I paid a lot of money for these tickets!

Scam scam nobody to call.
Tickets are for cover bands, which was not said on the tickets or the screen. I thought I was buying tickets for original artists. Please refund my credit card.

Didn’t revive my tickets

I emailed multiple times about my tickets not being delivered. It's less than 2 hours until my concert starts.
I tried calling as well, and no one answered. I was directed back to email, from which I have yet to hear anything.

You can not call this company, they make you email the. If im giving my money to any company the least they can do is habe some one available to speak with u.

can't get ahold of anyone! This is unheard of.
I pay for something and can't speak to anyone. I don't understand how the system works. All I want to do is switch a date on my event ticket.

DoNo help available, keeps trying to direct me to a scam website to pay $5 for customer service. Since when do I need to pay a different website for customer service?
Also, they dont accept phone support. Emails dont work either. I bought 4 tickets months ago and still havnt received them. Been trying to contact ticketed for a couple months with no response.
I will never go through ticket web EVER again. I wasted about $130 on this garbage.
