Ticket question
I bought two tickets from you guys to see the green at the blue note on December 13th when I got my email confirmation it said my tickets were for the date December 12th. On the blue note website there is no actual show on the 12th and I need to know if thats a typo mistake or you guys have your dates wrong. Please confirm with me if the tickets are for the 12th or the 13th.

Need my tickets
I need my tickets. I bought the tickets and they were never emailed to me.
The concert is on June 29th at the Garden Amp in Garden Grove. If I don't hear back from this company, I will be calling my bank to issue a refund.
This is completely wrong of this company to not have a live agent to talk to. The only thing I want is the tickets I bought.

Did not receive tickets
I dont know if I have the right person here but I purchased tickets through ticket web and I took a screen shot of my purchase and confirmation number but I have not been able to pull up tickets on the site at all nor have I got an email. Ive written a post on the Facebook page and sent an email and called the number which just said send an email through automated.

I've tried to get a hold of you guys multiple multiple times
I can't get a hold of them. I've emailed them at least five times.
I've called them multiple times. This is horrible.
Company. Do not buy your tickets from them.

Please refund my ticket
Please give me back my money from the canceled concert. I was super disappointed.

Not actually contacted
Yesterday I received two emails from TW, both were survey questions for how well they did helping me with my issue. The problem is, they never actually contacted me.
They missed that entire step. I have no idea how or if my issue has been resolved.

Preferred solution: Acknowledgment of how my question about a possible refund was issued. I bought tickets at two separate venues on the same night, I was trying to cancel or refund one of the venues.

I never received my tickets! The concert is tonight 5/17
I bought tickets on Feb 16th, 2024, for the Corey Smith show today, May 18th, 2024. I never received my tickets.
I was unable to get a hold of anyone in the US by phone or email. Highly disappointed.
